General Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect some of the items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item).

 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. It will usually take 7-21 business days for all orders to arrive. 

 

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

 

Q. How can I check the status of my order ?

A. Once an order is on it’s way, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number so you can keep an eye on progress. 

You can also check the status of your order using our “Track your Order” page.

If you don’t see any tracking updates (or see”tracking does not exist”) please do not worry, it can take usually between 2-5 business days for the system to update with the courier’s information. 

 

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide ?

A. Yes we ship Worldwide. 

International shipping is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. 

 

Q. Can I make changes to my oredr?

A. All our orders are processed as quickly as possible once received. 

If you wish to make changes to your order, you must inform us quickly via e-mail at support@myhealthminute.com

Your changes request must include the following information: 

  • Subject Line: Order Change Request 
  • Your Order Number 
  • The name and e-mail address used to place the order

Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we can no longer take action and make any changes. 

 

Q. How much will I pay for shipping?

A. We apply great flat rates based in your destiny country.

 

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in US Dollars.

 

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

 

Q. Who can I contact if I have a problem with my order?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal

 

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. My Health Minute processes payments using Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.  

 

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our updates and promotions.

 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries we are confident that there will be no customs fee, but it depends where are you located. Any customs fee or import duties that are incurred are the shoppers responsibility as each country may have different Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation.
